From the Regional Druid
Winter and Spring seem to be battling for the current season. The weeks are switching between nice spring weather and cold and rainy winter. It reminds me a bit of the challenge that we can sometimes face with our own internal struggles – with choices, with depression, with just figuring out where we want to go in our lives. Sometimes we see one path clearly, and then the next day we might doubt that path and think that another one is better. We can go back and forth, never making a final decision. It can be challenging, and we can doubt ourselves as we figure out our path.
Each of us has to choose our own path, but it can be challenging to choose sometimes. Sometimes we need to do some meditation or divination to understand what path is best for ourselves. Sometimes we just have to weather the indecision, and eventually, the right season will be seen, as Spring will eventually establish a firm hold on our land this year.
As we move forward this year, we may be faced with hard, or just big, choices. I invite you to consider each as a change of seasons, as a cycle of the year, and an opportunity to experience life.
Blessings of the Kindreds to you and yours,
Victoria S (Leona Oigheag)
